Who we are

kivu.dev is a development agency and product studio based in Kigali, Rwanda. For the purposes of applicable data protection law — including Rwanda's Law No 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies, the EU GDPR — kivu.dev is the data controller. Reach us at hello@kivu.dev.

What we collect

When you contact us — through the contact form, the question box or by email — we receive the details you send: your name, email address and message. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser, request data) to serve and protect this site. That's it — no tracking, no analytics, no advertising pixels.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, run projects and keep basic business records. We don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use it for marketing lists.

Legal basis

Contact-form submissions are processed on your consent (the checkbox you tick) and our legitimate interest in replying to you. You can withdraw consent any time by emailing us.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time — email hello@kivu.dev and we'll sort it.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
