Development studio — Kigali, Rwanda

We build Webflow sites, AI and custom software — in Kigali, for the world.

Kivu is a small development studio run by Edvin Kjäll. We work with clients everywhere, and we build our own products alongside client work.

The studio

Kivu is a small team working from Kigali, Rwanda — named after Lake Kivu, on the country's western border. We keep the studio deliberately small: fewer projects, done carefully.

Before Kivu, we built EnlinkAI — AI that turns product data into content for Nordic commerce — and Inosida, a consultancy that has shipped lots of websites for Swedish clients, focused on Nordic web design. Same hands, new home.

Why Kigali? It's one of Africa's fastest-growing tech cities. English is an official language, the timezone shares its working day with Europe — and we believe the future is being built here.

The people

A small senior team — the people you meet are the people who build.

What we do

Our own products

Not just services — part of every week goes into software we fund, build and run ourselves.
